Synopsis 

Set in 1999, a period when apocalyptic beliefs were prevalent, it follows a group of neighborhood misfits who gain unexpected superpowers and fight villains who threaten Haeseong City's peace.

Park Eun-bin as Eun Chae-ni

Haeseong City's biggest trainwreck who is charming and funny. She navigates life at the turn of the century in 1999, becoming entangled in unexpected events that grant her superpowers.

Cha Eun-woo as Lee Un-jeong

A socially awkward civic servant from Seoul. He is a man of principles and a stickler for rules at work, and a mysterious individual who joins Chae-ni in pursuing a series of missing people in Haeseong City.

Kim Hae-sook as Kim Jeon-bok

Chae-ni's grandmother and only remaining family. She owns a well-known restaurant in Haeseong and has a glamorous yet dark past.
